All studio bookings are subject to availability. A deposit is required to secure your booking. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due upon completion of the session, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payments via cash, credit card, and bank transfer. Invoices are provided for all services rendered. Overtime charges may apply if sessions extend beyond the originally scheduled time. These charges will be clearly communicated and agreed upon before they are incurred.
Cancellations made more than 72 hours prior to the scheduled session will receive a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled session will forfeit the deposit.
Acoustic Horizon Studios retains ownership of all recordings and materials created during your session until full payment has been received. Upon full payment, you will own the rights to your recordings, subject to any prior agreements or licenses.
You grant Acoustic Horizon Studios the right to use excerpts of your recordings for promotional purposes, including on our website and social media channels, unless you specifically request otherwise in writing.
Acoustic Horizon Studios is not liable for any loss or damage to personal property brought onto the premises. We recommend that you keep your belongings secure and insured.
While we take every precaution to ensure the quality and integrity of your recordings, Acoustic Horizon Studios is not liable for any errors or omissions in the final product, unless caused by gross negligence on our part. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.
In no event shall Acoustic Horizon Studios, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use of or inability to use the website or services; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the website; (iii) any content obtained from the website; and (iv) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence) or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
